Hours of Operation
As a general open company policy the following will help you contact us either before, after or during your project.
Our promised response time to an email is 48 hours. Our average response time is 1.5 hours.For clients this can be minutes.
Our hours are 9am PST to 5pm PST. 92% of the time we respond beyond those hours.
We don’t officially work on weekends, please appreciate if we do get back to you before Monday.
We don’t do any web modifications on the weekend – our staff is not here but Dave and I often reply and respond during weekends to let you know your work has been queued.
Our turnaround time on ‘ANY site changes’ is guaranteed in 72 hours. Our average is 24 hours.
