Outsource the rest to elance.com to farm everything else out. Let it go, give it to them while you work on the important stuff. Yanik Silver had the same advice when I did the interview with him.
Even though it might cost you a couple of hundred dollars to get something done, it will cost you far more in lost time. Time is money even if you aren’t making any yet. You need to accelerate your pace to keep you motivated, and nothing kills motivation more than trudging through crappy jobs you hate.
