I was at an event the other night, and a passage was read from an accumulation of references I think, but what it created was an interesting compilation of traits or characteristics on what makes a genius.

This wasn't focused on IQ, because some of the smartest people don't do anything with that, it was the entire unit that composed who you are, and the difference you make.
